Fantastic Staff and PERFECT Location!

The staff were VERY helpful. They provided me with many tips and tricks about the city. The room was clean. It was big enough for my short city break.

Uber and ride shares could not drop me off directly in front of the hotel. It is located in a small area where cars cannot drive.

Breakfast was delivered directly to my room, whenever I wanted it. The location is superb. There is perfect access to nearby restaurants and cafes. The food was AMAZING!!!

the staff was friendly! modern equipment was available. it. i also found the room to be very clean. i always appreciate a super clean environment during my travels.

the room faced the street and it was noisy. it bothered my sleep. the bed was a bit too firm for my liking. it wasn't the most comfortable experience.

The staff was helpful. I especially appreciated their quick assistance arranging bicycle rentals for a day of exploring! the rooftop pool was a fantastic bonus. It offered a refreshing escape after long walks. i also found the location to be convenient, close to many attractions.

My ground floor room lacked privacy due to its window facing the patio. It also felt quite dark during the day.

The staff provided useful tips about the city when I arrived. It was helpful. The room provided was big enough for a city break. I stored my luggage before and after checkout, and it was really useful. The lobby had very good air conditioning. It was definitely a plus.

The room was a little dark because of the limited lighting.

the location was fantastic. i could walk to many attractions. the coffee machine in the room was a great addition. i found having a microwave and fridge very useful for storing and heating snacks. the air conditioning was really effective during the hot days.

the street noise at night was a bit disruptive, but it quieted down eventually.
